BlackRock DLF IX 2019 CLO, LLC: Rating Report

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) assigned provisional ratings to the Class A-1 Secured Floating-Rate Notes due 2029 (the Class A-1 Notes) and the Combination Notes due 2029 (the Combination Notes) to be issued by BlackRock DLF IX 2019 CLO, LLC (BlackRock IX CLO or the Issuer), a limited liability company organized under the law of the State of Delaware. DBRS also assigned new ratings to the Class A-2 Secured Floating-Rate Notes due 2029 (the Class A-2 Notes), the Class B Secured Deferrable Floating-Rate Notes due 2029 (the Class B Notes), the Class C Secured Deferrable Floating-Rate Notes due 2029 (the Class C Notes), the Class D Secured Deferrable Floating-Rate Notes due 2029 (the Class D Notes) and the Class E Secured Deferrable Floating-Rate Notes due 2029 (the Class E Notes) issued by BlackRock IX CLO. The Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes and the Class E Notes together comprise the Secured Notes. The Subordinated Notes (collectively, with the Secured Notes, the Notes) are unrated and will act as additional subordination for the transaction.
