DBRS Discontinues Ratings on the Senior Funding Facility and Senior Mezzanine Funding Facility of GLM EUR BAR WH D.A.C.

DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS) discontinued its ratings on the Senior Funding Facility and the Senior Mezzanine Funding Facility (together, the Facilities) of GLM EUR BAR WH D.A.C. (the Borrower).

The discontinuations reflect the full payment of interest and principal due to the lenders of the Facilities on 4 September 2019.

The ratings on the Senior Funding Facility and Senior Mezzanine Funding Facility, before the payment in full, were A (high) (sf) and BBB (low) (sf), respectively.

All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.

The principal methodology applicable to the ratings is: “Rating CLOs and CDOs of Large Corporate Credit”.

In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.

DBRS did not rely upon third-party due diligence in order to conduct its analysis.

At the time of the initial ratings, DBRS was not supplied with third-party assessments. However, this did not impact the rating analysis.

DBRS considers the data and information available to it for the purposes of providing these ratings to be of satisfactory quality.

DBRS does not audit or independently verify the data or information it receives in connection with the rating process.

The last rating action on this transaction took place on 28 June 2019, when DBRS confirmed its ratings of the Senior Funding Facility at A (high) (sf) and the Senior Mezzanine Funding Facility at BBB (low) (sf).
