AmeriCredit Automobile Receivables Trust 2019-3: Rating Report

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS) finalized its provisional ratings on AmeriCredit Automobile Receivables Trust 2019-3 (AMCAR 2019-3 or the Issuing Entity). AMCAR 2019-3 represents AmeriCredit Financial Services, Inc.’s (AmeriCredit) 50th senior/subordinated AMCAR structure. AmeriCredit is a highly experienced seller and servicer, completing 103 securitizations under the AMCAR platform totaling over $100 billion in note issuance since 1994.
