DBRS Assigns Provisional Rating to iA Financial Corporation Inc.’s Subordinated Debt of BBB (high), Stable

DBRS Limited (DBRS) assigned a provisional rating of BBB (high) with a Stable trend to iA Financial Corporation Inc.’s (the Company) Subordinated Debentures.

DBRS assigned the Subordinated Debentures a rating one notch below the Company’s Issuer Rating of A (low). The assignment of the rating results from the application of DBRS’s methodology, “Global Methodology for Rating Life and P&C Insurance Companies and Insurance Organizations.”
