(DBRS Morningstar) assigns provisional ratings to Chase Home Lending Mortgage Trust 2019-1 (CHASE 2019-1), a securitization of a portfolio of first-lien fixed-rate prime residential mortgages funded by the issuance of the Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2019-1 (the Certificates). The Certificates are backed by 669 loans with a total principal balance of $393,722,880 as of the Cut-Off Date (October 1, 2019).
