DBRS Morningstar Provides Beyond True Sale - Synthetic STS Securitisation Webinar Replay

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS Morningstar) provided a replay of its webinar on, “Beyond True Sale - Synthetic STS Securitisation”. The webinar was hosted by Gordon Kerr, Senior Vice President and Head of European Structured Finance Research, Carlos Silva, Head of European Structured Credit, and Christian Aufsatz, Managing Director and Head of European Structured Finance, in London.

The European Banking Authority recently released a consultation paper on the use of the simple, transparent, and standardised (STS) label for synthetic securitisations. DBRS Morningstar has knowledge of this market through rating a number of synthetic securitisations in the past several years. Gordon, Carlos and Christian commented on the proposal and the potential for this product.
