DBRS Morningstar Confirms Canadian Master Trust’s Series A Notes at R-1 (high) (sf)

DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) confirmed the rating on the Series A Notes issued by Canadian Master Trust (the Trust) at R-1 (high) (sf). The rating confirmation is in connection with the addition of a new transaction (Transaction 31) to the Trust on November 15, 2019.

As part of DBRS Morningstar’s ongoing efforts to increase the transparency of reporting asset-backed commercial paper conduit activity, DBRS Morningstar released a transaction summary report providing details of Transaction 31, which consists of a portfolio of primarily open-ended lease receivables, financing fleets of individual cars, trucks and equipment.
