DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Ratings on Driver France FCT Compartment Driver France three
AutoDBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its AAA (sf) ratings on the Class A and Class B Notes issued by Driver France FCT, acting exclusively through the Compartment Driver France three.
The discontinuation reflects the payment in full of the Class A and Class B Notes on the 21 November 2019 payment date. Prior to their repayment, the remaining balance of the Class A and Class B Notes was EUR 45,364,300.80 and EUR 2,085,706.35, respectively.
Notes:
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.
The principal methodology applicable to the ratings is: “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.
In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bonds have been repaid in full.
