DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Rating of Mespil 1 RMBS Designated Activity Company

RMBS
November 27, 2019

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its AAA (sf) rating of the Class A3 notes (the Notes) issued by Mespil 1 RMBS Designated Activity Company.

The discontinuation reflects the payment in full of the Notes on 22 November 2019. The remaining balance of the Notes prior to their payment in full was EUR 288,914,679.09.

Notes:
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.

The principal methodology applicable to the ratings is the “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology".

In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
