DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Ratings on Merrill Lynch Financial Assets Inc., Series 2007-Canada 21

DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued the outstanding ratings on the Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-Canada 21 issued by Merrill Lynch Financial Assets Inc., Series 2007-Canada 21 (the Trust). The Trust received significant principal repayment proceeds with the March 2020 remittance, which resulted in the repayment of Classes J, K, and L—the last remaining principal classes rated by DBRS Morningstar. This concludes DBRS Morningstar’s surveillance of this transaction.
