DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) finalized its provisional ratings and assigned new ratings to Vista Point Securitization Trust 2020-1 (VSTA 2020-1, the Trust), a securitization of a portfolio of fixed- and adjustable-rate, prime, expanded prime, and non-prime first-lien residential mortgages funded by the issuance of the Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2020-1 (the Certificates). The Certificates are backed by 902 mortgage loans with a total principal balance of $439,150,906 as of the Cut-Off Date (June 1, 2020).
