Morgan Mortgage Trust 2020-5 (JPMMT 2020-5), a securitization of a portfolio of first-lien fixed-rate prime residential mortgages funded by the issuance of the Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2020-5 (the Certificates). The Certificates are backed by 944 loans with a total principal balance of $749,907,343 as of the Cut-Off Date (July 1, 2020).
