DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Class B Notes Rating of Marketplace Originated Consumer Assets 2017-1 PLC

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued the rating on the Class B Notes (the Notes) issued by Marketplace Originated Consumer Assets 2017-1 PLC.

The discontinuation reflects the full redemption of the Notes at the payment date on 20 July 2020. Prior to their repayment, DBRS Morningstar rated the Notes at AAA (sf) with an outstanding principal balance of GBP 1,251,653.78.

DBRS Morningstar continues to rate the Class C, D, and E Notes as follows:

-- Class C Notes at AA (high) (sf)
-- Class D Notes at AA (low) (sf)
-- Class E Notes at A (low) (sf)

In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
