DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) assigned the following provisional ratings to the Mortgage Insurance-Linked Notes, Series 2020-3 (the Notes) to be issued by Bellemeade Re 2020-3 Ltd. (BMIR 2020-3 or the Issuer):
