Pursuant to an Assignment Agreement dated November 18, 2020, Pure Grove Funding became party to a Note Purchase Agreement with Plaza Trust dated as of May 21, 2020, and assumed all the rights and obligations of a purchaser of a Floating-Rate Note under the Note Purchase Agreement and certain related transaction documents.
