DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Ratings on Repaid Classes of Notes of Deco 2014-Tulip Limited
CMBSDBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its ratings on the Class D and Class E notes issued by Deco 2014-Tulip Limited following their full repayments. There are no other outstanding notes in the transaction.
These rating actions are based on the restated cash manager report for the October 2020 interest payment date.

DBRS Morningstar has applied the principal methodology consistently and conducted a review of the transaction in accordance with the principal methodology.
A review of the transaction legal documents was not conducted as the legal documents have remained unchanged since the most recent rating action.
In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
