DBRS Morningstar Discontinues the Ratings of Unione di Banche Italiane S.p.A. Covered Bonds (OBG - Mortgages - Programme 2)

DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued the ratings of the Obbligazioni Bancarie Garantite (OBG; the Italian legislative covered bonds) outstanding under the Unione di Banche Italiane S.p.A. Covered Bonds Programme 2. This rating action follows the cancellation of all the covered bond series, which occurred on 3 December 2020; all of them were retained by the issuer and not placed in the market.

The last rating action on this transaction took place on 23 October 2020, when DBRS Morningstar confirmed its A (high) ratings on the outstanding CB series issued under the programme.
