DBRS Morningstar Posts Replay on CMBS Webinar Series: Discussing ESG Factors in CMBS

DBRS Morningstar posted a replay wherein Erin Stafford and the DBRS Morningstar commercial mortgage-backed security (CMBS) team discussed the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors that could affect DBRS Morningstar’s credit ratings in CMBS.

In the first in a series of ESG-focused webinars, Stafford was joined by Christian Aufsatz, Head of DBRS Morningstar European Structured Finance, and Kevin Augustyn, Vice President, North American CMBS to outline DBRS Morningstar’s approach to incorporating environmental factors in its ratings analysis.
