DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) assigned a provisional Issuer Rating and provisional Senior Unsecured Notes (Senior Notes) rating of BBB, both with a Stable trend, to ARC Resources Ltd. (ARC or the Company). The provisional ratings assume the successful close of the strategic combination (the Combination) with Seven Generations Energy Ltd. (7G) announced on February 10, 2021, and expected to be completed in Q2 2021.
