Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corporation Series 2021-1: Presale Report

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) assigned provisional ratings to the Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corporation 2021-1 (KHESLC 2021-1) Series A-1A Notes, Series A-1B Notes, and Series B Notes (the Notes). A portion of proceeds from the sale of the Notes will be applied to redeem the notes issued pursuant to the issuer’s 2015-1 and 2016-1 indentures or interim financings. The DBRS Morningstar ratings address the timely payment of interest and the full payment of principal in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KHESLC 2021-1 transaction documents.
