DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Ratings on BL Consumer Issuance Platform S.A., acting in respect of its compartment BL Cards 2018

DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its ratings on the Class A, Class B, Class C, Class D and Class E notes (together the Notes) issued by BL Consumer Issuance Platform S.A., acting in respect of its compartment BL Cards 2018 (the Issuer).

The discontinuations reflect the full redemption of the Notes following the exercise of the Issuer Optional Redemption Call at the payment date on 25 March 2021. Prior to their repayment, the ratings and the outstanding principal balance of the Notes were as follows:
-- Class A Notes rated at AAA (sf) with an outstanding principal balance of EUR 161,800,000
-- Class B Notes rated at AA (high) (sf) with an outstanding principal balance of EUR 11,800,000
-- Class C Notes rated at A (high) (sf) with an outstanding principal balance of EUR 12,800,000
-- Class D Notes rated at BBB (sf) with an outstanding principal balance of EUR 17,200,000
-- Class E Notes rated at BB (sf) with an outstanding principal balance of EUR 4,900,000

In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bonds have been repaid in full.
