DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Ratings on Alchera SPV S.r.l.
Structured CreditDBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued the following ratings on the notes issued by Alchera SPV S.r.l.:
-- The AAA (sf) rating on the Series A-2013 Notes
-- The AAA (sf) rating on the Series A-2017 Notes
-- The AA (high) (sf) rating on the Series M-2017 Notes
The discontinuation reflects the full repayment of the notes on the 22 March 2021 final payment date, following the repurchase of the portfolios by the respective originators and consequent unwinding of the transaction. The remaining aggregate balances of the notes prior to their full redemption were as follows:
-- Series A-2013 Notes: EUR 5,576,578.74
-- Series A-2017 Notes: EUR 44,223,767.55
-- Series M-2017 Notes: EUR 91,350,000.00
