On 25 February 2021, DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) finalised its provisional ratings on the Class A, Class B, Class C, Class D, Class E, Class F, and Class X notes (collectively with the unrated Class G Notes, the Notes) issued by BL Consumer Issuance Platform II S.à r.l., acting in respect of its Compartment BL Consumer Credit 2021 (the Issuer) as follows:
