DBRS Morningstar Publishes Updated Operational Risk Assessment for U.S. ABS Originators and Servicers Methodologies

DBRS Morningstar published two updated asset-backed securities methodologies as follows:

-- Operational Risk Assessment for U.S. ABS Originators (April 28, 2021); and
-- Operational Risk Assessment for U.S. ABS Servicers (April 28, 2021).

These methodology updates were published as a result of DBRS Morningstar’s periodic review.

The updates supersede the following previous versions:

-- Operational Risk Assessment for U.S. ABS Originators (May 19, 2020); and
-- Operational Risk Assessment for U.S. ABS Servicers (May 19, 2020).

The updates are effective as of April 28, 2021. DBRS Morningstar deems the updates not to be material and has determined that no ratings are expected to change as a result of these updates.
