DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) finalized provisional ratings of AAA (sf) on the Class A-1 Notes, Class A-2 Notes, and Class A-3 Notes; AA (sf) on the Class B Notes; and A (sf) on the Class C Notes, all of which were issued on the Closing Date. The final ratings assigned are based on full repayment of the Offered Notes by their respective Final Scheduled Payment Dates.
