DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Ratings of European Residential Loan Securitisation 2019-PL1 DAC

DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its ratings of the Class A, Class B, Class C, Class D, Class E, and Class F notes (together, the Rated Notes) issued by European Residential Loan Securitisation 2019-PL1 DAC.

The discontinuations reflect the full repayment of the Rated Notes on 25 May 2021. The ratings and remaining balances of the Rated Notes prior to their full repayment were as follows:

-- Class A notes at AAA (sf), EUR 296,893,159.89
-- Class B notes at AA (sf), EUR 64,195,000.00
-- Class C notes at A (high) (sf), EUR 37,165,000.00
-- Class D notes at BBB (high) (sf), EUR 32,097,000.00
-- Class E notes at BBB (low) (sf), EUR 32,773,000.00
-- Class F notes at B (high) (sf), EUR 41,558,000.00

In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.

DBRS Morningstar did not rely upon third-party due diligence in order to conduct its analysis.

At the time of the initial ratings, DBRS Morningstar was supplied with third-party assessments. However, this did not impact the rating analysis.

The last rating action on this transaction took place on 18 December 2020, when DBRS Morningstar confirmed its ratings of the Class A, Class B, Class C, Class D, Class E, and Class F notes at AAA (sf), AA (sf), A (high) (sf), BBB (high) (sf), BBB (low) (sf), and B (high) (sf), respectively.
