Cartesian Residential Mortgages 6 S.A.: Rating Report

On 10 June 2021, DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) finalised its provisional ratings on the following notes issued by Cartesian Residential Mortgages 6 S.A.:

-- Class A Notes rated AAA (sf)
-- Class B Notes rated AA (high) (sf)
-- Class C Notes rated A (high) (sf)

The finalised rating of the Class B notes at AA (high) (sf) is higher than the provisional rating of AA (sf) because of the note margins being lower than those assumed at the time of assigning provisional ratings.
