Carleton University: Presale Report

DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) assigned an Issuer Rating of AA (low) with a Stable trend to Carleton University (Carleton or the University). DBRS Morningstar also assigned a provisional rating of AA (low) with a Stable trend to the proposed Senior Unsecured Series A Debentures to be issued by the University in a principal amount up to $220 million.
