Banco Sabadell S.A. Covered Bonds (Cédulas Hipotecarias - Mortgages): Surveillance Report

On 30 June 2021, DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) confirmed its AAA ratings on the outstanding Cédulas Hipotecarias (CH; Spanish mortgage covered bonds) issued under the Banco Sabadell S.A. Covered Bonds programme. The confirmation follows the completion of a full review of the ratings.

At the same time, DBRS Morningstar discontinued its ratings on CH ES0413860489, which matured on 20 July 2020; CH ES0414400087, which matured on 31 July 2020; CH ES0413860497, which matured on 16 September 2020; CH ES0413860505, which matured on 3 November 2020; CH ES0413860216, which matured on 10 December 2020; CH ES0413860315, which matured on 28 October 2020; and CH ES0413860141, which matured on 8 May 2021.
