On July 23, 2021, DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) confirmed the rating of the Senior Secured Bonds (the Bonds) issued by The MaRS Development Trust at A (high) with a Stable trend, following the rating confirmation of the University Health Network (UHN; rated AA (low) with a Stable trend by DBRS Morningstar; see the July 23, 2021, DBRS Morningstar press release for UHN).
