DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Ratings on Brignole CO 2019-1 S.r.l.

DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its AAA (sf), AA (sf), A (low) (sf), BBB (sf), B (high) (sf), and B (low) (sf) ratings on the Class A, Class B, Class C, Class D, Class E, and Class X Notes, respectively, issued by Brignole CO 2019-1 S.r.l. (the Issuer).

The discontinuations reflect the full repayment of the notes on the 26 July 2021 payment date, following the unwinding of the transaction. The remaining balances of the Class A, Class B, Class C, Class D, and Class E Notes before the full repayments were EUR 162,715,566.91, EUR 19,400,000.00, EUR 14,600,000.00, EUR 4,900,000.00, and EUR 3,200,000.00, respectively. The Class X Notes were previously redeemed in full on the 25 January 2021 payment date.
