DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) assigned provisional ratings to Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust 2021-INV2, a securitization of a portfolio of first-lien, fixed-rate, prime conventional investment-property residential mortgages funded by the issuance of the Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2021-INV2 (the Certificates). The Certificates are backed by 1,037 loans with a total principal balance of $311,338,321 as of the Cut-Off Date (August 1, 2021).
