TPAT 2021-SL1 represents the second private student loan term asset-backed security transaction sponsored by FirstKey Mortgage, LLC. The DBRS Morningstar ratings on the Notes address the timely payment of interest and full payment of principal in accordance with the terms of the TPAT 2021-SL1 transaction documents.
