SPSS 2021-A LLC: Rating Report

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) assigned ratings to four classes of asset-backed notes to be issued by SPSS 2021-A LLC (the Issuer). This transaction represents the fourth publicly rated term asset-backed securitization sponsored by SuttonPark Capital LLC (the Company). The Series 2021-A collateral pool will consist entirely of structured settlement payment streams purchased by the Company as the wholesale aggregator of the structured settlements portfolios or originated directly by its affiliates.
