DBRS Morningstar Publishes Final Methodology on Rating Container Terminal Operators and Energy Bulk Storage Operators

DBRS Morningstar finalized its “Rating Container Terminal Operators and Energy Bulk Storage Operators” methodology (the Methodology).

The Methodology presents the criteria under which ratings on container terminal operators and energy bulk storage operators are assigned and/or monitored.

The Methodology supersedes the prior version of “Rating Container Terminal Operators” published on August 19, 2020, and is effective as of October 8, 2021. No comments were received during the comment period and, per the press release dated August 31, 2021, no ratings are expected to change as a result of this update.
