DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Rating on Debussy DTC PLC Class A Notes
CMBSDBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its rating on Class A of the Commercial Real Estate Loan Backed Fixed-Rate Notes (the Class A Notes) issued by Debussy DTC PLC, as the Class A Notes were redeemed in full on the 12 October 2021 Interest Payment Date. This concludes DBRS Morningstar’s surveillance of this transaction.
Prior to their repayment, the rating and trend of the notes were as follows:

In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bonds have been repaid in full.

At the time of the initial rating, DBRS Morningstar was not supplied with third-party assessments. However, this did not impact the rating analysis.
