PRKCM 2021-AFC2 Trust: Rating Report

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) finalized its provisional ratings on PRKCM 2021-AFC2 Trust, a securitization of a portfolio of fixed- and adjustable-rate, expanded prime and nonprime first-lien residential mortgages funded by the issuance of the Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2021-AFC2 (the Notes). The Notes are backed by 881 mortgage loans with a total principal balance of $395,202,945 as of the Cut-Off Date (November 1, 2021).
