DBRS Morningstar Publishes Updated European CMBS Rating and Surveillance Methodology
CMBSDBRS Morningstar published an updated version of its “European CMBS Rating and Surveillance Methodology” (the Methodology).
DBRS Morningstar has conducted a periodic review of the Methodology. This update supersedes the previous version published on 26 February 2021 and is effective as of 17 December 2021.
DBRS Morningstar added certain clarifications as it relates to operational risk review for European CMBS transaction parties and the operational review questionnaire as a new appendix to the Methodology. DBRS Morningstar deems the update not to be material and has determined that no ratings are expected to change as a result of this update.
