DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Ratings on SapphireOne Mortgages FCT 2016-3
RMBSDBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its ratings on the Class A, Class B, Class C, Class D, and Class E notes (collectively, the Notes) issued by SapphireOne Mortgages FCT 2016-3.
The discontinuations reflect the full repayment of the Notes on the 29 December 2021 payment date. Prior to their repayment, the ratings and the outstanding principal balance of the notes were as follows:
-- Class A notes rated at AAA (sf); EUR 140,704,424.46
-- Class B notes rated at AAA (sf); EUR 23,200,000.00
-- Class C notes rated at AA (high) (sf); EUR 21,400,000.00
-- Class D notes rated at AA (sf); EUR 8,500,000.00
-- Class E notes rated at AA (sf); EUR 3,500,000.00
The transaction is a securitisation of French residential mortgage loans related to debt consolidation, originated and serviced by My Money Bank, SA (previously, GE Money Bank).

DBRS Morningstar did not rely upon third-party due diligence in order to conduct its analysis.
At the time of the initial ratings, DBRS Morningstar was supplied with third-party assessments. However, this did not impact the rating analysis.
DBRS Morningstar considers the data and information available to it for the purposes of providing these ratings to be of satisfactory quality.

The last rating action on this transaction took place on 4 November 2021, when DBRS Morningstar confirmed the ratings on the Class A and Class B notes at AAA (sf) as well as upgraded the ratings on the Class C, Class D, and Class E notes to AA (high) (sf), AA (sf), and AA (sf) from AA (sf), AA (low) (sf), and AA (low) (sf), respectively.
