(DBRS Morningstar) finalized its provisional ratings on BINOM Securitization Trust 2022-RPL1, a securitization of a portfolio of seasoned performing and reperforming first-lien mortgages funded by the issuance of mortgage-backed notes (the Notes). The Notes are backed by 1,887 loans with a total principal balance $310,070,311 as of the Cut-Off Date (January 1, 2022).
