DBRS Morningstar Correction: BANK 2022-BNK39

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) corrected the February 11, 2022, press release and rating report for the BANK 2022-BNK39 transaction that stated an incorrect investment-grade shadow rating for 601 Lexington Avenue. 601 Lexington Avenue has credit characteristics consistent with an “A” shadow rating. The corrected press release and rating report are now available on the DBRS Morningstar website and DBRS Viewpoint.
