DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Ratings on Dilosk RMBS No. 3 DAC
RMBSDBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its ratings on the Class A, Class B, Class C, and Class D Notes (together, the Rated Notes) issued by Dilosk RMBS No. 3 DAC (the Issuer).
The discontinuation reflects the full repayment of the Rated Notes on the 20 April 2022 payment date. Prior to their repayment, the ratings and the outstanding principal balance of the Rated Notes were as follows:
-- Class A Notes rated at AAA (sf) with an outstanding principal balance of EUR 117,470,496.3
-- Class B Notes rated at AA (high) (sf) with an outstanding principal balance of EUR 13,586,892.6
-- Class C Notes rated at A (high) (sf) with an outstanding principal balance of EUR 12,018,905.5
-- Class D Notes rated at BBB (sf) with an outstanding principal balance of EUR 10,973,913.5
The transaction is a securitisation of prime Irish buy-to-let mortgages originated and serviced by Dilosk DAC and granted to individuals, corporates, and pension trusts between 2017 and 2019.

At the time of the initial ratings, DBRS Morningstar was supplied with third-party assessments. However, this did not impact the rating analysis.
