DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) finalised its provisional ratings on the Class A Notes, Class B Notes, Class C Notes, Class D Notes, Class E Notes, and Class F Notes (together, the Rated Notes) issued by TAGUS – Sociedade de Titularização de Créditos, S.A. (Ulisses Finance No.3) (the Issuer). The Issuer is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Portugal as a special-purpose vehicle for the purpose of issuing asset-backed securities.
