PRKCM 2022-AFC1 Trust: Rating Report

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) finalized its provisional ratings on PRKCM 2022-AFC1 Trust, a securitization of a portfolio of fixed- and adjustable-rate, expanded prime and nonprime first-lien residential mortgages funded by the issuance of the Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2022-AFC1 (the Notes). The Notes are backed by 703 mortgage loans with a total principal balance of $319,540,834 as of the Cut-Off Date (May 1, 2022).
