DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Ratings on Sunrise SPV 20 S.r.l.- Sunrise 2017-2
Consumer Loans & Credit CardsDBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its AAA (sf), AA (high) (sf), AA (low) (sf), and BBB (high) (sf) ratings on the Class B, Class C, Class D, and Class E Notes, respectively, issued by Sunrise SPV 20 S.r.l.- Sunrise 2017-2 (the Issuer).
The discontinuation reflects the full repayment of the Class B, Class C, Class D, and Class E Notes on the 27 May 2022 payment date, following the full redemption of the notes. Prior to the full repayment, the remaining balances of the Class B, Class C, Class D, and Class E Notes were EUR 20,201,156.69, EUR 60,700,000.00, EUR 28,600,000.00, and EUR 29,500,000.00, respectively.
The transaction is a securitisation of unsecured Italian consumer loan receivables underwritten to retail clients and originated and serviced by Agos Ducato S.p.A. (Agos).

The last rating action on this transaction took place on 18 August 2021, when DBRS Morningstar upgraded its ratings on the Class B, Class C, Class D, and Class E Notes to AAA (sf), AA (high) (sf), AA (low) (sf), and BBB (high) (sf), respectively, from AA (sf), A (sf), BBB (sf), and BB (low) (sf), respectively.
