DBRS Morningstar Requests Comments on Proposed Updates to Five Corporate Methodologies

DBRS Morningstar is requesting comments on proposed updates to the following methodologies (the Methodologies), which may, upon the close of the Request for Comment period, supersede the versions published on the dates below:

“Rating Companies in the Airline Industry” (January 20, 2022)
“Rating Companies in the Forest Products Industry” (March 11, 2022)
“Rating Companies in the Broadcasting Industry” (March 14, 2022)
“Rating Companies in the Printing Industry” (March 14, 2022)
“Rating Companies in the Publishing Industry” (March 14, 2022)

DBRS Morningstar deems the proposed updates not to be material and has determined that no outstanding ratings are expected to change as a result of this update.

DBRS Morningstar publishes on its website all comments received except in cases where confidentiality is requested by the respondent.

The reason for this update is to use the Methodologies for assignment and/or surveillance of endorsed credit ratings for regulatory use in the EU and/or the UK.
