DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) has updated its website to reflect the corporate rebranding of New Residential Investment Corp. to Rithm Capital Corp. (RITM or the Company). The rebranding of the Company has no impact to its Long-Term Issuer Rating of BB (low). The trend on all ratings is Stable.

The Company’s New York Stock Exchange ticker was changed to RITM.
