DBRS Morningstar Confirms Ranking on Finance of America Reverse LLC

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) confirmed the MOR RVO2 residential reverse mortgage originator ranking for Finance of America Reverse LLC (FAR or the Company). The trend on the ranking remains Stable.

The ranking confirmation reflects the following:
-- A stable and experienced senior reverse management team with no turnover since the initial operational risk assessment announced on December 21, 2021.
-- The Company’s continued growth in originations volume and applicable increase in the number of staff commensurate with the Company’s growth objectives.
-- An established information technology platform that includes applications specifically designed for reverse mortgage originations as well as current initiatives to enhance the borrower experience.
-- Continued focus on an effective enterprise risk management framework with the appropriate controls to identify and mitigate risk.

CORONAVIRUS DISEASE (COVID-19) IMPACT
FAR continues to operate under its business continuity plan with staff working both from home and in the office.
