(DBRS Morningstar) assigned provisional ratings to the Series 2022-3 Secured Floating Rate Notes (the Series 2022-3 Notes) to be issued by Gracie Point International Funding 2022-3 as listed. The Series 2022-3 Notes will be the ninth asset-backed securities transaction sponsored by Gracie Point, LLC but the third rated by DBRS Morningstar.
