DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Rating on the Liquidity Loan Agreement Related to Versailles Assets LLC
ABCPDBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its rating on the Liquidity Loan Agreement (LLA) related to the subscription loan transaction issued by Versailles Assets LLC.
The LLA was issued pursuant to the Revolving Credit Agreement dated September 4, 2009 (as amended from time to time), among Fortress Credit Opportunities Fund II (A) LP, Fortress Credit Opportunities Fund II (B) LP, Fortress Credit Opportunities Fund II (C) L.P., Fortress Credit Opportunities Fund II (D) LP, and Fortress Credit Opportunities Fund II (E) LP as the Borrowers; Natixis Financial Products LLC as the Administrative Agent for the Lenders; and the other parties from time to time party thereto.
This rating action is a result of the full repayment of the LLA related to the subscription loan transaction on the July 8, 2022, payment date.
The transaction assumptions consider DBRS Morningstar’s baseline macroeconomic scenarios for rated sovereign economies, available in its commentary “Baseline Macroeconomic Scenarios for Rated Sovereigns: September 2022 Update,” published on September 19, 2022 (https://www.dbrsmorningstar.com/research/402907 ). These baseline macroeconomic scenarios replace DBRS Morningstar’s moderate and adverse Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic scenarios, which were first published in April 2020.
